YaY i passed! i passed! LoLS. hahahhaa anw this entry's like sooo lag! i did my advanced theory test on tuesday n its like thursday alr! hahahs oh well! =)

hmmm dunno y, i've been feeling quite happy for the past few days! haha k la, not v long, juz since tuesday! so weird right! but it felt good. hehs. was really happy coz i din have to go to work! lols. call me lazy. but i think if i din take leave for my test, i think i wld be still hating my job or sth. but now, i dun seem to mind it again! i'm so fickle. maybe its the euphoria after passing tt att. coz i was really v v v v v unprepared for it la. hasan shd noe it best coz i asked for his help on sunday night?! n the book's almost four times thicker than the btt one! goodness im really v last min! bad bad... hahas

oh! hf passed her basic theory test too! yay congrats girl! :D hahas received her msg during work today n i was so happy tt i was smiling at the phone! i think maybe my kids thought i was msging my bf or sth. hahaha coz when i left the room to show yen the msg,they were staring at me like they suspected sth. kids these days are so so mature! they think abt bgr at primary ONE?! wow! amazing! i dun even rmb wad i was thinking when i was in primary sch. still v immature i think. hahas. oh "amazing" was one of the words tested for spelling last week at mee toh sch! gosh i still can rmb their spelling lists la...

Cheese Pizza

sigh im damn tired and bored. but cant go to sleep coz i juz ate my dinner! hahas oh well...

anw today was my fifth day of work! my goodness i cant believe it! i actually survived like ONE whole WEEK of work?! hahas WOW. but this is only the beginning ya.. wanna see how long i can survive. hmmx actually i dun mind this job coz i dun have to wake up so early. but then again, my weekdays are, according to dominic, "burnt". all gone. poof! n all juz coz im working! arrgh i miss school! bleahs. hahas juz in this complaining mood now. dunno y either. actually work's not bad la. get to mix ard with all the little kids. hehs k they're not v little either. the youngest is k2?! hahas yeah n they're mostly pri sch kids. im in charge of 4 p2 girls and 2 adults who got married to Singaporean men n who wanna learn english. so yeap, gotta teach all of them!

my main responsibilities: fetch the kids frm sch either alone or with hf or with hf n joanne. wahahha i have to be good in my sense of direction man. challenging! lols. yeah then get the kids organised to bathe, serve them lunch, then get my charges to do their hw. gotta juggle between teaching the adults n the kids. not as easy as it seems coz i cant seem to neglect either of them! n all the other tchers were saying tt my charges r guai! but it isnt the case sadly. hahas coz even though a lot of noise is made frm the boys frm other classes, those girls in my class r v talkative too! juz tt they're a bit softer. after the hw part, gotta serve them snacks during their tea-break. then give them tuition somehow. after tt its play time! hehs. n home sweet home for them. if i have tuition classes after tt, i gotta prepare materials again.

LOL this is getting fun! i cant stop doing the quizzes! i need a life! maybe i shd really go for the gathering this sun. hehs

ytd was friday the 13th! hmmx somehow i think i'll always rmb it as S13's day :D

went back to st nicks ytd. actually we had wanted to try applying for relief teaching but somehow we realised tt it was impossible. ended up spending most of the time reminiscing abt the good old days back in sn. i totally agree with wad yen said in her blog.

"so many things have changed. the walk into the sch. those familiar shops were gone, except for mac's and 7-11. how much i miss those days. met so many teachers. toured the school again. sat at forum and enjoyed the breeze at specs stand. the never-can-get-sick canteen food. the 3 of us actually cleared 3 bowls, 3 plates and 3 cups. yum. memories were refreshed once again. saw ruth, ruijun, huangfang and ruizi doing relief teaching. despite the complaints abt the tiring preparation and notti girls, i can sensed that they really like the job. it must be an unforgetable experience for them. being able to teach in ur ex-sch, wonder what that kind of feeling will be. suddenly, they seemed so matured, so teacher-ish. ruth putting her arms on her waist and shouting "GIRLS! go back to your seats!". thinking of the times when rachel came back to teach us, they are actually following her footsteps now. (: chatted with lin lao shi, ms heng, mrs hoo, mrs yeo, ms lim and mrs cheong. mrs yeo is still as talkative as ever, always our friend. she had raked up the past whereby we bullied mrs charters and mr tan. haha. ohwells. anw. mrs hoo can actually rmb such small little details up till today. God bless her and her family. dylan is so cute. ms heng, or mrs lee i should call, is still as slim and so nice to offer us eggrolls. lin lao shi was busy with lessons that we dint really managed to talk to her. but she says she's gg to have kids soon! after so long, finally its time. mrs cheong. always thought that she's way up there and serious. but today, saw the other side of her. its the first time chatting with her so comfortably. not something i can imagine if it was the past. "ni3 bu4 neng2 jue2 ding4 ni3 sheng1 ming4 de4 chang2 du4, dan4 shi4 ni3 neng2 jue2 ding4 ni3 sheng1 ming4 de4 shen1 du4 he2 guang3 du4." her test of the day for us. meaningful. ((: everything is so nice back there. how i wish i can be back there. not studying though. jus the feeling of being back there. sn - our 2nd home. dun laugh becos u think its cliche. if ure not an ex-sn girl, u wont understand how feels. that is the sn spirit. the hugs. the prayers. the friendships. the bonds. everything counts. im so proud of our sch. anw went to nj (again!) for dance party! hahas it was not bad! the crowd was really quite responsive! congrats to all ogls, i think u all did a really great job in making the yr1s enjoy life in nj so far :) saw a lot of seniors like the usual gang of pradeep, joe, aziz. of course mich n kairu went too! hehe. yeps n yeeleng, weijun, chewy, mingfeng, dominic, hengqing, yixian, khad, hasan etc etc etc! so many! oh n sihui n amanda! hahas so many tt i cant rmb all! edwin was one of the djs again hahas quite cool! too bad i din get to play with the machines coz i went to the parade sq at the wrong time! :( dunno when'll be the nxt time i can play le but nvm, hahas. got them to play last yr's mass dance songs so many times! lols. was great juz spending time with the councillors again, soaking in the atmosphere of the dance party. was tempted to go opposite to see wad the campfire was like but didn't in the end. hehs. oh n i must say the yr 1s r so lucky this yr! it wasnt raining at all yesterday! perfect weather for a dance party! or a campfire in the case of HCI! hahas

anw! got a few job offers again hahas yayy! shall go to my cousin's tuition centre n see how first. yup!

but then, this means i gotta find another job! damn. somehow i feel tt the guys r really lucky to have to go for ns! i mean, at least they dun have to worry abt looking for a job now. like crystal said, we're not really in a hurry to get a job asap coz of the money. its the feeling of having nothing to do, as if we're juz wasting our lives away rotting in some corner of the world tt's horrible. n tt's wad's making me want to find another job soon. hahaha okay i added the last rotting part on my own. it feels so weird juz having no sch to look forward to or to dread. at least we knew wad we were supposed to do. but now, my gosh i dunno wad to do with my life! for now. haahs. i want a nice, high-paying job but i dunno how to go n get it. i dun even noe wad i wanna do! ohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh

oh gosh. on the first day of school two years ago, i wldnt believe myself if i said i miss nj, i miss going to sch. but guess wad, i really do! hahaha sounds weird but true. miss seeing everyone i noe, all my friends, everyone else in our batch, all my juniors, teachers. even the canteen uncles n aunties! hahas cant believe it. seems cliched but the past 2 years seem to have passed like how we feel when we r running 2.4km. initially, we are a little apprehensive, not knowing how long we can sustain. we have a target, a goal but we're not sure how we'll feel when we r actually in action. once we start running, it feels great to have the wind against our faces, feels good to be working out. halfway through, we start getting tired but we know tt we want to fulfil our target of running 6 rounds ard the track. we start feeling like we're torturing ourselves when we cld have juz given an excuse and not gone through all the torture. but we juz persevere on, waiting to see what difference it will make. since we have already started, we might as well juz continue running on. we keep going on, ocassionally trying to cheer others on as well. as the end approaches, we feel like rushing through, ending our torture as soon as possible but our body tells us it is tired. we struggle hard on and we finally reach the finish line, tired but refreshed and relieved at the same time.

its juz like how the past 2 yrs have been! initially, we dunno if we'll like our new sch, the place where we'll be for the next 2 years of our lives. after o level results r released, we decide to stay while others decide to leave. then life continues in sch. we all try to work towards the As at the end of our 2 yrs in jc. halfway thru, we feel like it is a never-ending journey with the countless amt of tutorials to complete and the whole mountain of work that r waiting for us to catch up on. even though sometimes we feel like giving up, it'll be a real waste of the past almost one yr of our lives. so we persevere on, ocassionally relaxing with our friends but at the same time working hard tgt towards a common goal. as the As approach, we just cant wait for it to come n go as soon as possible. however the earth still turns at the same speed and we see ourselves trying as best as we can to conserve all the energy we have for that last shot. when we finally reach the end of the As, we feel tired out but also relieved and refreshed with the newfound freedom that has been bestowed upon us.

cool huh! okay but u noe after saying so much, tt is all beside the point. hahas the point is, i miss having a place to go to everyday. somewhere i m familiar with n where there r pple i noe. felt quite good going back the past few days even though i was selling newsweek! hahas. was kinda unaccustomed to not have to wear either full or half grey to sch but oh wells, it was so exciting to be seeing all my frens who have gone back! n the juniors too! oh n some of the teachers as well =) so fun! oh n luckily i went back with viv to sell newsweek coz sometimes it was juz boring, sitting there waiting to collect sales or gg ard collecting contacts so tt we cld telemarket at night. but it has been a different experience . quite fun sometimes coz i got to talk to a lot of my juniors. hahas oh n i learnt part of the mass dance! quite nice but some parts r really difficult. yays i wanna learn! hehe
